Seaview Sailing Regatta

Seaview regatta is one of the oldest events of it's kind on the Isle of Wight. The event is spread over 3 days and includes, Sailing,Tug-of-War, Swimming Races, Beach Sports and Rowing events. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy or take part in the event. The last day has a wonderful Fireworks display.

Ryde Main Carnival

procession route is the longest . The Carnival groups congregate by the Boating Lake. The start this year has been changed to the Esplanade. The procession then proceeds along the Esplanade , then turns into Dover Street following the length of Dover Street. The procession then turns sharp right into Dover Park Road, then along Start Street. Then sharp right into the High Street, down the High street, down Union Street, and finally turns right into Ryde Esplanade and finishes at the far end of the Esplanade at the Boating Lake.

Explore the rocky shore of Bembridge Ledges with Wildlife Trust staff. Part of Marine Week, a national event to draw attention to marine issues and highlight our important Living Seas. All welcome, children must be accompanied by an adult. Bring a hat, drinking water, sun screen and a net if you have one. Old shoes, sandals or wellies will protect your feet but they will get wet! Discovery Pack activities cost £5 per pack (one pack per family)
